Do you feel challenged by your life circumstances, thought patterns, or behavioral habits? On the surface everything may seem fine—or maybe you sense recurring themes, as if running in circles? Do you feel a heaviness inside? Trapped within your own mental loops?
The good news is: you are not reading this text by accident. You’ve already taken the first step toward freeing yourself from the burdensome patterns. That’s wonderful. Because you already have within yourself everything necessary to feel content and whole. Simply put: You are—and therefore, enough. You can (re)learn to feel and recognize that. It’s okay if it’s not always easy. You are allowed to take your time—and seek support.
Seeking psychological support during a personal or emotional crisis isn’t easy for many people. Simply making the decision to do so—and saying YES to yourself and to a renewed sense of life—is a meaningful step that can positively and lastingly impact your personal growth. The human psyche possesses immense self-healing potential—and I am here to support you individually in discovering and activating your own strengths and resources.
In resource-oriented psychotherapy, we look at where you are right now, what’s standing in your way, and what you need to recognize neglected needs and break free from stuck patterns of thought and behavior. Together, we identify the resources you already have—in yourself and in your life—so that, step by step, you can learn to release what burdens you and strengthen what empowers you to reengage with the world with trust and confidence.
From the bottom of my heart and out of deep conviction that the world becomes a better place when we learn to take better care of ourselves and embrace ourselves fully, I practice as a Heilpraktikerin for Psychotherapy. I have personally experienced the unlearning of old patterns and the learning of new perspectives and behaviors through my own life journey. Above all, I learned one thing: the journey of healing, if one may call it that, is not linear. Just as each of us is shaped uniquely by our past, socialization, and experiences, it is essential to look individually at what it takes to heal what hurts and what hinders. In this process, the small steps are the big ones. Often, only when we look back do we see how much we have already accomplished.
